Terms and conditions
Rates state for 1 person based on 2 people for a double or a twin bedroom and 2 adults and 2 children for a family bedroom .
The special offer 7 days / 7 nights is only available for full weeks (minimum of 7 nights). In case of a shorter stay normal day rates will be applicable.
Half board rates are fixed. Any meals taken outside of the hotel will not be deductible.
Check-in time from 2.00 pm; Check-out time before 10.00 am.
Access of swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the adult price. Children are only authorized to access the swimming pool (we remind you that sauna and jacuzzi can reach high temperature and are dangerous for children).
Are not included in our prices: drinks, covered garage, ski pass for ski lift, local tourist tax, bus transportation and any other transportation, use of hotel phone, insurance for cancellation of stay, and any other provision of service for which prices are at your disposal.
Reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit of the full stay. Only our notification of firm booking by courier will be valid.
No refund will be made in case of cancellation of a stay. Please contact your insurance if you have subscribed one.
Animals are only accepted in the premises provided they do not disturb our customers. Any damage caused within the premises by the animal will be invoiced to the person responsible of that animal.
